TERMS OF DELIVERY
Valid from 1.11.2016. Nordic Vintage Shop have the right to modify prices, terms of delivery and delivery costs and we are irresponsible for obvious false product information or pricing information.
It is customers duty to get acquainted with valid terms of delivery.
Nordic Vintage Shop (FI27657926) is selling products for private persons of legal age and companies.
Total price of secondhand products do not include deductible value added tax if not purchased with value added tax.
Products are sold as they are at the moment of selling. All products are secondhand. They have normal consistent of age and use which must be considered when making the purchase.
We have the right to modify prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered from the webpage www.nordicvintageshop.com ... they can be paid with payment method offered.
All our customer information are being held and handled confidentially. Information given during the order are not being used otherwise than is needed for processing the order or solving unclear cases.
When ordering from the webshop you are required to got acquainted and adhered with valid terms of delivery.
Customers are able to buy products also from the warehouse which is located in Kempele, Finland. We do not reserve our products and are not responsible if products are sold on the spot at the same time orders are made. In case of overlap orders we are allowed to cancel the order from the webshop and will inform the customer immediately.
PAYING AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
You will see all the costs, including delivery costs, during the order.
You are able to pay with PayPal and most common credit cards.

ORDER AND PAYMENT VERIFICATION
When the order is succeeded you will receive order confirmation via e-mail. Order confirmation requires valid e-mail address given during the order.
Customer is always in charge to check the order confirmation. We are not in charge if the given information is not valid or correct. If you are insecure of anything, please contact us immediately. If you want to change or cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours from the order.
DELIVERY COSTS AND METHODS OF DELIVERY
You are able to choose delivery costs during the order and it will be added to the total price. Make sure that you have chosen the right costs to the country you are located.
Some of the products are taken in to pieces for minimizing possible damage during the transportation. It is customers duty to combine pieces together with screws/nuts included in the package. Please consider that you might need own tools for that. We are not responsible for any possible damage caused by combining pieces together.
We will send the orders within 2 weekdays. You are contacted by the carrier when they are bringing the delivery to the given delivery address.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure with transportation.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours from placing the order by sending e-mail to the address email@example.com.
You are also allowed to return your order within 14 days from receiving it. Please send return notification to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. The product has to be returned in original condition within 14 days, packed carefully.
All delivery costs for returning are paid by the customer. We compensate delivery costs only in the situation of reclamation. If the product is not in its original condition we do reserve the right to deduct loss in value from the sum returned to the customer.
Product must be in the same condition as left to the customer and carefully packed. After receiving and verifying the product we cancel the order in our webshop and you will get confirmation by e-mail. If the product has been broken during the delivery, please contact us immediately.
We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery.
Cancellation and return policy does not concern products made by customers own wishes.
Unredeemed delivery is not the same as return or cancelling. Unredeemed delivery with no notification of cancellation will be charged with all costs from the customer.
SITUATION OF DISORDERS
In case of reclamation, please contact us immediately. We will be in charge for the costs of returning the delivery and will give further details.
If the product is missing or damaged during the delivery, please contact us immediately.
